Faces,
what they say without (beyond) words. Can (should) a photographer
express political ideas through his art (question is valid for all form
of art). Can an artist NOT express an idea through his art. Humanity:
the way it can create so much beauty yet so much ugliness (makes me feel
sick). How to escape that (you can't). How the worst things can still
be pictured beautifully (makes me feel sick also). How ugly can create
beauty (or is that a good thing?).
Just please be kind. Kindness is the
ultimate beauty, at the beginning, and in the end. And in the middle too actually. Kindness is the ultimate beauty because it cannot be ugly. We have to put up with (feeling the) ugly and the pain it causes in order to be there to change it into beauty. The ugly hurts the eye and the heart, that pain is the indication, the moral nerve, of what has to be changed to better the world we live in. There is so much to do :( it makes me sad to think of that sometimes. If you decide to give up the fight you just abandon beauty undiscovered, how awful.
But beauty needs us to be seen and to then exist for us. And that is a very joyful perspective. Does it? can beauty exist if it remains undiscovered? I believe it has to be shared. I believe every beauty you share becomes more beautiful. Every beautiful moment is a feather to my wings that take me higher.
What is beauty? To me write now beauty is kindness: to other fellow living creatures, to your senses, and to your soul and heart, ultimately. Faces, what they say beyond words, the smiles and tears you feel were there and you see coming... the bliss of feeling beauty, and, yes, the bliss of feeling pain, as a moral GPS, so you know where not to go.
So be kind. Please, do your best.
